| Dear Community Leader, This year has brought us a variety of challenges, along with great achievements and team growth. We have continued to reach out to all communities and offer our support in order to start a career with Dorset Police. Thanks to our partnership with It’s All About Culture community hub, we were able to open the doors and hold weekly face-to-face engagement, to promote opportunities within our force and help candidates reach their goals. Our 1 year anniversary with IAAC is nearly upon us and I would like to invite you to join in the celebration of this wonderful partnership. We will also remember Black History Month as part of this occasion. Date of Event: Wednesday 12 October, Time: Anytime from 2 – 6pm. There will be buffet-style food & refreshment provided, along with sweet treats. If you attended the launch event in October 2021, you might remember our lovely cakes (pictured below) that we shared. If you would like to bring a dish with you that’s typical for your culture or a personal favourite, that would be very much welcome. Last year, we had the opportunity to try Indian sweets and snacks from China.
