Summer is here! … so BCP Cuncil has planned a series of walks starting at the entrance to the Woodlands Walk , near to Corpus Christi Church on Christchurch Road in Boscombe from Tuesday 3rd August 2021. The walks will generally be around a mile long with some changes in the route and distance based on the abilities of those walking on the day. They will be delivered by a team of trained walk leaders on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 10am at the entrance to the Woodlands Walk.
We believe walking brings benefits and that’s why we’re promoting it! So we’re making you an offer. We will take everyone who completes 100 miles of walks by October 31st 2022 out to dinner and invite Council and NHS leaders and the BBC to join us so the people who completed the walks to showcase their experience walking.
