AFC Bournemouth Community Sports Trust ‘Next Gen’ Programme aims to provide opportunities to develop and support the Next Generation of aspiring football coaches throughout grassroots football clubs.

The Trust aims to recruit individuals (aged 16+ years, from a diverse range of backgrounds) and offer a bespoke training programme to influence and inspire them as coaches! The programme is open to all, however, they are particularly keen to hear from any individuals not currently in education or employment and those from Black, Asian or Mixed heritage.
