From this week BCP Citizens Advice will begin offering some face to face appointments again. They will offer 6 face to face appointments per week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, to be held at Bournemouth Central Library. The system will be reviewed at the end of July.

They do have a waiting list of clients who are in urgent need of face to face support in order to complete their applications. However, they will either add clients to the waiting list, or book them in for the next available appointment.

EU nationals have until June 2021 to apply for the scheme. However, they will need to ensure that they, or their family members, are resident in the UK by the end of December 2020 to enable them to make an application up until June 2021.
