Dorset Police are open for applications to become a Police Officer through both the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) and Degree Holder Entry Programme (DHEP)

Applications are welcome from individuals from all backgrounds and anyone who has considered a career in policing is encouraged to submit an application form. They are particularly keen to increase the number of women officers and officers from black and minority ethnic communities as well as candidates from the LGBT community to ensure the workforce represents the communities they serve.
