How to make a complaint about racially offensive material on the Internet

Here is a guide to the law in England and Wales as of February 2002: "Racially Inflammatory Material on the Internet".  This document is already getting on for 7 years old so it is likely to be out of date regarding the current state of the law.  Make your complaint here: The Internet Watch Foundation (but only after you have read the above guide).

The Internet Watch Foundation is an incorporated charity so I recommend you contact the Charity Commission if you feel that the IWF is not taking your complaint sufficently seriously.

Even better than contacting the IWF is to report instances of illegal activity (such as incitement to hatred) to the police directly via this website or the Home Office department responsible for policing and crime, via this website.
Good luck.
