WITHOUT FEEDBACK THERE CAN BE NO CHANGE FOR THE BETTER
Ever wanted to speak up about a health or social care service in Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole but not known how?

It might have been to offer an opinion on how things could be improved, or talk about an experience – good or bad.

Well, now you have the opportunity.

The LINk (Local Involvement Network) is a network of people and groups that listens to what you have to say about local health and social care services.

We need you to tell us about your experiences and ideas for change so we can help improve services for you and your family.

You might have something to say about your local GP surgery or hospital. Perhaps you have an experience you’d like to share about mental health services or care for older people – why not tell us about it?

Call: 0300 111 0102; email: contact@makesachange.org.uk or visit: www.makesachange.org.uk
